Andrew Martorella, M.D. is the founder of Manhattan Endocrinology, PLLC.
Prior to starting his own practice, Dr. Martorella was a full time academic physician at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He developed a national reputation on the treatment of thyroid cancer. His research led to multiple publications and invitations to lecture nationwide on the subject.
He completed his endocrinology fellowship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He served as a resident in internal medicine at Boston University Medical Center and graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine.
Dr. Martorella is an Assistant Attending Physician with admitting privileges at New York- Presbyterian Hospital (NYPH), has consulting privileges at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), and holds a faculty appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Weill Cornell Medical College.
